1.Book your session
Fill in the enquiry form below. Tell us your availability, any injuries or goals, and whether you are looking for private, duo, or semi-private sessions.
2.We confirm your booking
An instructor will reply by email within 24 hours to confirm availability, your instructor, and session time.
3.Pay before your session
Once your booking is confirmed, see Rates to select and pay for the correct session package. Payment is required at least 48 hours in advance.

Our Instructors
Our team of instructors are all BASI Pilates qualified at various stages.
Apprentice: Current BASI Pilates teacher training student OR newly qualified in the first year of teaching.
Junior: Qualified BASI Pilates instructors with additional continued education certificates completed.
Senior: Qualified BASI Pilates instructor with additional training in the BASI Legacy Program and/or more than 2 years teaching experience.
